We're looking for an Intake Advocate to be the welcoming first point of contact for clients seeking support and resources.</p> <p>In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, return voicemails, guide clients through available programs and eligibility requirements, complete initial screenings, process applications, gather documentation, schedule appointments, and connect individuals and families with community resources.
