<p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>You will provide leadership and management of the Family Centered Treatment Program (FCT), where staff provide in-home therapeutic services to families using the FCT evidence-based national model.</p> <p>Hybrid Role, 20% Remote Work.</p> <p>Your Main Priorities</p> <p>While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily:</p> <ul> <li>Lead an engaged and enthusiastic team of 8 staff (Trainer, Practitioners, and a Community Health Worker) in their delivery of FCT in-home clinical services to families throughout the state. </li><li>Ensure that the team provides high quality care and maintains timely and accurate documentation. </li><li>Provide program staff with weekly supervision, provide field supervision as needed, and provide on-call supervision, not limited to crisis and coaching as appropriate. </li><li>Work with team members in diagnosing clients and formulating treatment plans. </li><li>Oversee the census billing process, reviewing for accuracy and completing appropriate forms. </li><li>At times, carry a small caseload and deliver services to family/families in need. </li><li>Develop relationships with referral sources by working closely with DCYF staff, providing both formal and informal FCT presentations to community partners. </li><li>Support the team in the implementation of FCT-Recovery, an FCT component that tailors the in-home family work to meet the needs of adults and youth struggling with substance use. </li><li>Maintain documentation for caseloads and track fidelity and adherence to the FCT model. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in social work or related field required. </li><li>Rhode Island Department of Health licensure LMFT, LMHC or LICSW required. </li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in a related position with 1 of those years at a supervisory or administrative level required. </li><li>Strong organizational, critical thinking and time-management skills. </li><li>Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. </li><li>Ability to communicate and effectively interact with a diverse population. </li><li>Collaboration and teamwork. </li><li>Leadership. </li><li>Must authorize Child & Family to complete a motor vehicle records check. </li><li>Must be able to provide Child & Family with proof of valid driver's license, auto insurance, and car registration. </li><li>The ideal candidate will be required to meet all background checks and medical clearances required for the position. </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <p>Site location: Providence</p> <p>Statewide travel required.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>Direct Service Staff:</p> <p>This position requires time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs.
