All of our system institutions place strong emphasis on service - helping to build healthier, more educated communities in South Carolina and beyond.</p> <p>Advertised Job Summary</p> <p>The Management Department in the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina invites applications and nominations for a professional track lecturer position. The position will primarily involve teaching that aligns with the Department's new undergraduate leadership concentration; however, candidates will also be expected to teach courses related to human resources (HR) and general management. The job represents a full-time, multi-year academic appointment that is renewable, commencing in August 2026. All faculty searches are subject to the availability of funding.</p> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <p>Required qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Masters' degree in management, HR or related field </li><li>Superior teaching skills with experience teaching management courses </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Preferred qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Industry experience developing leadership training programs </li><li>Industry experience mentoring or coaching leaders </li><li>Ability to develop curriculum and pedagogical innovations </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <p>Job Close Date</p> <p>Special Instructions to Applicant</p> <p>Applications should include: a cover letter, vitae, and any other supporting materials.
