<p>Position Type:</p> <p>Substitute/Paraprofessional</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>7/31/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Ethel Bobcean Elementary School</p> <p>District:</p> <p>&nbsp Flat Rock Community Schools&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Posting Date:</p> <p>Thursday, July 31, 2025</p> <p>Position:</p> <p>MTSS Paraprofessional (EduStaff)</p> <p>Location(s):</p> <p>Bobcean Elementary School (K-2)</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma. </li><li>Must be Highly Qualified (60 college credit hours, or successful completion of the ETS Paraprofessional Assessment) </li><li>Experience working with children. </li><li>Demonstrate abilities in the area of interpersonal communication. </li><li>A high degree of patience, ability and willingness to learn new skills and take direction. </li></ul> <p>Duties &</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist students with reading, math skills and language skills. </li><li>Follow classroom teacher's directions. </li><li>Communicate, collaborate and cooperate with colleagues, supervisors and students. </li><li>Assists instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises. </li><li>Assists in administering pre and post testing. </li><li>Monitors student classroom academic testing results and correlates that information to the planning for the students. </li><li>Provides individualized and small group instruction in order to adopt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil to the extent possible. </li><li>Gather and prepare materials when necessary. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Work Year:</p> <p>4 days/week beginning in October</p> <p>2025-2026 School Year Compensation:</p> <p>$16.52 per hour, 4 days per week, Student Days Only</p> <p>Posting Deadline:</p> <p>Until filled</p>
