This role is essential to maintaining a safe, sanitary, and compliant therapeutic environment that adheres to all state licensing standards. You will work side-by-side with a professional clinical team to facilitate rehabilitation and restorative programs, empowering residents to reclaim their independence and achieve personal fulfillment. By utilizing therapeutic communication and crisis prevention techniques, you will serve as a steadfast advocate and foster a culture of positive interaction. Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.</p> <p>Work Schedule and Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time employment, 40 hours per week </li><li>Work hours are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (2nd shift), with a 30-minute lunch or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3rd shift), with no lunch. You will have rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays.
