The employee will be responsible for performing analysis for record deficiencies within 48 hours of the patient's discharge. The employee will be responsible for performing Vital Statistics functions for the Commonwealth of Virginia according to policy and procedure for birth certificates, fetal death certificates and submission of data and reports as requested or required.
