We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.</p> <p>Check out our many videos to learn more! http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assigns duties to service technicians </li><li>Prepares quotes on service jobs </li><li>Enters sales orders for service jobs </li><li>Orders parts for service jobs </li><li>Assigns labor to service jobs </li><li>Invoices service jobs </li><li>Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule </li><li>Inspects service tickets to verify conformance with company standards and/or customer specifications </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in pump service and fabrication </li><li>1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required </li><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills </li><li>The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask </li><li>High quality organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $50k-$75k</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Physical Demand: Combination of sitting and standing, office and shop environment</p> <p>Working Conditions: Primarily office environment, but may be exposed to warehouse, vendor locations, and job sites</p> <p>Shift Time/Overtime: Full-time. O/T is available.</p> <p>Education: Some college education a plus however not required.
