<p>Job Description</p> <p>Company Info</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center has an exciting opportunity available for a skilled, resourceful and motivated individual who would like to make a difference in the lives of others in helping a non-for-profit organization fulfill its mission to provide quality health care. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Housekeeper will be responsible for the following, to include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform cleaning duties to maintain the building in an orderly and clean manner </li><li>Follow the schedule of cleaning as presented by the Maintenance Supervisor </li><li>Dust and polish furniture windows, mopping, emptying trash receptacles and vacuuming in all areas of the organization </li><li>Replenish soap dispensers and toilet paper in bathrooms and ensure bathroom floors, counters and fixtures are properly sanitized </li><li>Adhere to the Universal Precautions and safety procedures always </li><li>Utilize all cleaning equipment properly and adhere to safety guidelines </li><li>Perform grounds keeping duties (ie, trash collection) </li></ul> <p>High School diploma, or equivalent, required. At least 1-2 years previous experience in housekeeping, floor technician (i.e., buffing, stripping, etc.) and grounds keeping required.</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>8 hour shift </li><li>Weekend availability </li></ul> <p>Work Location: In person</p>
