The Technical Sales Engineer promotes the services of the business by combining their technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Generate leads and transition to sales prospects. </li><li>Develop strategies to penetrate emerging markets. </li><li>Field Requests for Quote, cost for labor and other direct charges to return competitive pricing. </li><li>Implement capture strategies during pursuit of new business. </li><li>Interpret customer requirements and negotiate favorable terms and acceptance criteria. </li><li>Provide technical guidance, support and status updates to customers. </li><li>Work with Engineering and Design Teams to tailor services to meet customer needs. </li><li>Participate in market research and attend trade shows and conferences. </li><li>Prepare forecast and status reports for Leadership Team. </li></ul>
