You will be responsible for end-to-end management of integrated media campaigns, from communications strategy development, investment planning, and campaign execution.</p> <p>In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for paid media planning, ensuring strategies are scaled effectively across channels. You will demonstrate leadership and subject-matter expertise by guiding the integration of multiple adjacent project timelines and ensuring that all stakeholders, agencies, and project managers work in unison to deliver against business objectives.</p> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and implementation of global communications strategies that drive media performance across social, OLV (Online Video), display, and offline channels. </li><li>Manage large-scale investment planning, including budget reconciliation, resource allocation, and the prioritization of campaign objectives in line with product priorities. </li><li>Influence across teams with similar objectives to align resources and direction, acting as a primary point of contact for paid media. </li><li>Engage and lead media agencies to elevate their day-to-day work, prioritizing workflows to ensure high-impact delivery. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter specialist, leveraging deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry shifts to drive measurable campaign performance and inform overarching marketing strategy. </li></ul>
