<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Seeking a detail-driven and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation tasks. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Process daily vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry </li><li>Manage ACH, check, and credit card payments to suppliers </li><li>Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies on invoices. </li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and billing issues </li><li>Support the month-end close by preparing AP reports and reconciling outstanding payables </li><li>Reconcile the company credit card monthly </li><li>Reconcile petty cash </li><li>Maintain up-to-date vendor records and payment history </li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure invoice accuracy </li><li>Assist with department reporting </li><li>Assume a proactive role in always protecting company assets </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred </li><li>2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or similar financial role </li><li>Blackbaud ERP system experience preferred </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality </li><li>High level of accuracy when keying numbers. </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside of the company. </li><li>Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li></ul>
