You'll work closely with HRBPs, business leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful programs that support career growth, elevate performance, and prepare our teams for what's next in our fast-paced, innovation-driven organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Talent Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop, coordinate and support talent review and succession planning processes across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Support career pathing and development planning initiatives for employees and managers. </li><li>Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify key talent, readiness gaps, and development priorities. </li><li>Facilitate the performance management cycle, including communication, tools, training, and reporting. </li><li>Track and analyze talent data and workforce trends to inform decisions and provide actionable insights. </li><li>Maintain and improve systems that support career development, internal mobility, and talent calibration. </li></ul> <p>Learning & Development</p> <ul> <li>Design and facilitate learning experiences (live and virtual) that build core capabilities, leadership skills, and emerging tech fluency. </li><li>Support onboarding, manager development, and soft skills development programs. </li><li>Create asynchronous content and curriculums that enable self-directed learning at scale via the Learning Management System. </li><li>Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning content or source external vendors where appropriate. </li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using feedback, metrics, and business impact. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Culture</p> <ul> <li>Partner with HR teams to align talent programs with organizational goals and ensure inclusive, scalable development practices. </li><li>Contribute to change management efforts related to performance or development initiatives. </li><li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and talent mobility aligned with business needs. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field, preferably in a global, fast-paced, and high-growth environment. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR roles is required. </li><li>Experience with performance management and talent/succession planning processes, competency models, tools, or frameworks. </li><li>Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ability to engage learners at all levels. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and have prior experience working with HRMS software and learning platforms. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and comfort working with talent and HR data to inform program decisions. </li><li>Project Management skills and the ability to balance multiple initiatives. </li><li>An enthusiastic team player with a passion to create a positive work environment and employee experience. </li><li>Certification in coaching, talent assessment, or learning tools (e.g., Insights Discovery) is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Learn More About ConcertAI</p> <p>Our team at ConcertAI is dedicated to transforming healthcare decision-making through the application of RWE and AI to improve patient outcomes.
