As a true business manager, this person will have the opportunity to directly own and drive performance of their programs throughout the entire program lifecycle, while providing, presenting, and translating detailed meaningful data into recommendations to influence key business decisions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support proposal teams by developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs and creating compliant proposal submittals </li><li>Create and maintain program budgets and forecasts utilizing earned value management </li><li>Monitor program financial data on a weekly and monthly basis </li><li>Develop and maintain monthly forecasts, prepare variance analysis as needed </li><li>Prepare internal and external customer financial reports </li><li>Prepare and present quarterly estimates-at-completion (EAC's) </li><li>Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department and government policies and regulations </li><li>Support Program Management by providing recurring and ad hoc project reporting and analyses </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of BA/BS degree </li><li>3+ years of relevant experience </li><li>Strong prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to lead and resolve daily issues </li><li>Ability to communicate clear and concise objectives to all levels of the organization </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel </li><li>Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, CAS, and SOX guidelines preferred </li><li>SAP experience preferred </li></ul> <p>EHS/Environmental Requirements:</p> <p>This job operates in a professional office environment.
