This position will require some level of travel within the state of Massachusetts</p> <p>Salary range:</p> <p>$155,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually</p> <p>Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials and any other relevant information</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As the Lead Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients, in addition. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Delivering primary and acute care services to residents and patients </li><li>Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions </li><li>Providing support and guidance to newer APRN's as directed by our Clinical Leadership, and assisting in the onboarding of new hires across multiple CareOne centers across Massachusetts </li><li>Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care </li><li>Providing education and support to residents, patients, and families </li><li>Staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve care </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) degree and licensure in the state of Massachusetts </li><li>Board Certified in Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Family Practice </li><li>Five years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of experience in either Acute Care, Post Acute, Skilled Nursing, or Long Term Care </li><li>1-3 years of Leadership managing a team of healthcare professionals </li></ul> <p>Trust In Our Care, our guiding principle, embodies the values of empathy, compassion, and dedication that drive our work.
