Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Using your own personal vehicle to travel to and complete in-store merchandising tasks within the designated stores assigned to your territory. </li><li>Lead and train a team of Merchandising Associates within your designated territory. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers and field operations to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule. </li><li>Maintain inventory levels, executing planograms, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure that the final presentation aligns with brand standards. </li><li>Carry out assignments with the highest level of integrity. </li><li>Address and resolve issues for our associates, store management, and brand clients. </li><li>Actively mentor your team to cultivate a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. </li><li>Engage with team members to effectively offer constructive feedback based on performance. </li><li>Identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and resolve issues promptly. </li></ul>
