<p>Inventory Coordinator / Inventory Specialist | (Lithia, FL: Hybrid)</p> <p>A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Inventory Coordinator / Inventory Specialist to be based in Lithia, FL . The position is Hybrid. The contract duration is 06 months with extension. The pay rate for this role is $31/hr on W2.</p> <p>Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Review PO approval needing price/Qty revision </li><li>Look for opportunities to reduce stocking & lower/reject PO, otherwise approve </li><li>Serve as point of contact for EBS, vendor and site for purchasing questions and clarifications. </li><li>EBS will ask if raising the Qty on a PO is acceptable </li><li>Vendor will ask for more information on an item </li><li>Work with sourcing on PIR and expired contract line items </li><li>Specification clarification with site </li><li>Service Now approval </li><li>Review POs identified as not needed & will cause storeroom excess and cancel with EBS. </li><li>Review replenishment order problems and fix </li><li>Check for issues w/ PRs, open multiple inbound shipments, etc. </li><li>Review possible demand errors on reservations causing excess PO's. </li><li>Work past due reservations </li><li>Processing/input on Add To Stock and Change Requests </li><li>Work with the site and EBS </li><li>Other SAP WORKAROUNDS </li></ul> <p>Weekly:</p> <p>1) Send out list of items in Quality Inspection to respective storerooms</p> <p>2) Generate Consignment Invoicing and email to respective vendors</p> <p>3) Distribute report of PD or ND Materials with a storeroom balance</p> <p>4) Distribute report of Fixed Bins for PD/ND items that can be deleted</p>
