This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive the vision, strategy and operations for multiple web property groups.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide and mentor a team of eCommerce Managers and Specialists to achieve departmental goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Use advanced analytics and critical thinking to solve problems and confidently present data-backed insights.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct research to uncover trends and customer pain points to form innovative, customer-centric solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years in eCommerce, business analysis and / or product management.
