This position will cross-train in all functions and tasks with running the folder/gluer machines in our facility. Future folder gluer operators will come from the folder gluer Apprentice pool.</p> <p>Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for setting up the feed section of the machine in a timely manner. </li><li>Ensuring that the sheets placed in the machine are in proper placement. </li><li>Overall quality and cleanliness of the machine. </li><li>Assist the operator on all aspects as required during training. </li><li>Fill in during the absence of the operator. </li><li>Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area. </li><li>Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. </li><li>Overtime is required. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</p> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient Microsoft Office computer skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel.</p> <p>Other Qualifications</p> <p>This position requires the ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality products. Normal vision is required.</p> <p>The starting rate is $22.78 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
