<p>SALARY LEVEL: SCHEDULE 4 FLSA: STATUS EXEMPT DEPARTMENT: DEVELOPMENT</p> <p>SUPERVISOR: DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR OR DESIGNEE Position Overview</p> <p>The Capital Projects Manager will support the Director of Development or designee in executing and managing a comprehensive capital planning and project delivery strategy designed to preserve, modernize, and reposition the Rockford Housing Authority's physical assets in alignment with agency goals, HUD requirements, and long-term portfolio sustainability.</p> <p>This position plays a critical role in advancing RHA's strategic goals related to capital expenditure management, asset preservation, redevelopment readiness, and infrastructure reinvestment.
