<p>This is technical work assuring the proper and effective operation of a water treatment or pumping plant on an assigned shift.  Work is performed under the general supervision of a Water Plant Operator III or or another supervisor or superintendent.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES </p> <p>The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job.
