<p>Summary</p> <p>A Chick-fil-A Team Member plays a vital role in providing our customers with excellent customer service by ensuring each guest will be served great quality products with speed and accuracy, while following very strict quality controls, food safe procedures, and system requirements. Chick-fil-A Team Members have been selected to represent the Chick-fil-A Brand and provide Chick-fil-A Service and Experiences for our customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Chick-fil-A operational & service requirements.</p> <p>This position is vital in executing</p> <ul> <li>Our Mission: to be the premium, quick-service restaurant in Franklin & lead the brand in the Indy Market. </li><li>Our Vision: to make each guest's visit memorable through Second Mile Service, 'Remark'able food, and moments of delight. </li><li>Our Core Values: to lead with trust, bring the best, serve with care (warmth + competence), make it fun, & pursue growth. </li><li>Our Guarantee: 'Craveable food, exceptional hospitality, and a trusted brand </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be available to be scheduled weekly a minimum of 15 hrs or more per week part-time or 30 hrs or more per week full-time as needed to fulfill our scheduling needs (Saturday Availability) </li><li>Must be willing to work inside and outside of the restaurant during shift </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds </li><li>Must be able to stand on feet for the duration of shift </li><li>Be engaging with guests in a polite, friendly manner </li><li>Anticipate & respond to guests needs according to "Pathway" customer service language standards </li><li>Represent restaurant and the Brand by being presentable, professional, efficient and friendly </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Comply with the standards and procedures set forth by employer guidelines and requirements </li><li>Complete and pass all Basic Team Member Courses in Pathway (Training platform) </li><li>Engage positively with guests in a polite and friendly manner (anticipate and respond to their needs) </li><li>Become knowledgeable of menu items & the related recipes </li><li>Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by managing oneself professionally </li><li>Maintain health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards including hand washing, sanitizing high touch areas in workplace areas </li><li>Providing ("Core 4" and "2nd Mile Winning Hearts Service") our internal service models and standards </li><li>Maintain a calm demeanor to preserve a positive work environment as well as a hospitable experience for our customers and team members. </li><li>Adhere to all local and state food codes according to set standards and guidelines </li><li>Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safe and Pathway procedures as well as Chick-fil-A Operating Standards </li><li>Adhere to all safety requirements in operating and cleaning equipment and working in the restaurant </li><li>Adhere to Chick-fil-A "Pathway" and ASPYRE LLC hygiene and appearance standards </li></ul> <p>Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>You are passionate about providing excellent customer service, quality food, and safe products </li><li>You are a collaborative team player that works well with others </li><li>You are a diligent and attentive worker that looks for opportunities to serve </li><li>You are able to multi-task and take initiative </li><li>You uphold Chick-fil-A's vision, mission, and values </li><li>You build strong and healthy relationships </li><li>You follow our Policy Handbook </li><li>You confront conflict with kindness and work towards a positive outcome </li><li>You communicate clearly and in a timely manner </li><li>You treat every guest and team member with honor, dignity and respect </li><li>You encourage and positively influence others </li><li>You strive for high standards and personal excellence </li><li>You believe in our mission, vision and value and help execute them </li></ul> <p>Business Organization</p> <p>Direct Report -- Assistant Director</p> <p>Internal organization: Owner/Operator > Director > Assistant Directors > Area Lead >Trainers >Team Members/Delivery Drives</p> <p>Meetings</p> <ul> <li>Attend daily huddles and check ins as needed </li><li>Participate in meetings as assigned by directors </li><li>Stay current w/ expectations and requirements </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
