We emphasize your professional growth and development and provide you with opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for developing cost estimates and preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of estimates on projects as required by client's documents. </li><li>Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid. </li><li>Execute take-offs of construction documents. </li><li>Obtain pricing for materials. </li><li>Obtain bids from subcontractors. </li><li>Properly evaluate and scope materials, vendors, and subcontractors for compliance with bidding documents. </li><li>Prepare cost analysis by recapitulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs. </li><li>Maintain documents and plans updated and organized. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of plumbing estimating experience in commercial work. </li><li>Strong understanding of codes. </li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings - architectural, structural, and mechanical plans; familiarity with a variety of plumbing systems and terminology. </li><li>Ability to fill in gaps and complete/layout systems. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills. </li><li>Self-motivated with a sense of urgency in completing assignments. </li><li>Consistently set goals, meet deadlines, and deliver results. </li></ul> <p>```</p>
