<p>The Drive-Thru Director at our restaurant will work within our leadership team overseeing the systems, performance, hospitality, and accuracy of our Drive-Thru throughout each depart. This role focuses on developing others, thinking systematically to develop and maintain systems and equipment, and review metrics surrounding our drive-thru and hospitality. As a member of our leadership team, this role will assist in helping us foster culture of excellence, kindness, and teamwork. This role will assist in ensuring standards of food safety and operational excellence, managing inventory and equipment, as well as creating and implementing systems of overall growth and success.
