The Senior Manager, Accounting plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and supporting global financial integrity. This position provides technical accounting expertise, oversees audits, and partners with leadership to maintain robust policies and risk management practices. Reporting to the Director, Accounting & Compliance, this role influences key financial decisions and drives process improvements across the organization.</p> <p>Are you passionate about this work?</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals focused on US GAAP compliance and technical accounting. </li><li>Proactively monitor, review and interpret US GAAP and analyze emerging accounting pronouncements for policy and financial statement implications. </li><li>Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, derivatives, and business combinations. </li><li>Manage valuation activities for stock-based compensation, goodwill, and intangible assets. </li><li>Oversee purchase accounting for acquisitions and ensure compliance with US GAAP during integration. </li><li>Coordinate annual U.S. GAAP audit and support foreign audits, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. </li><li>Develop and maintain global financial policies and procedures in partnership with Finance leadership. </li><li>Drive accounting and compliance process improvement through automation and technology adoption. </li><li>Partnering with Accounting & Compliance, assess and implement risk and compliance frameworks, including documentation and software solutions for controls management. </li><li>Collaborate with organizational leaders to promote best practices and mitigate enterprise risk. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
