Join us as we embark on an exciting journey to drive a transformational shift in how CVS Health leverages technology and analytics to become the leader in healthcare in the U.S.</p> <p>As a Product Manager within A&BC you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of analytic powered applications to internal and external users. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, data analytics and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to bring analytics-focused products to market. Additionally, as a Product Manager you will support the dissemination of best practices (design thinking, agile methodologies and more) to support A&BC in its product transformation.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications to communicate feature requirements to data science, engineering and stakeholder teams </li><li>Support engineering and data science teams to implement features by clarifying requirements, facilitating technical discussions, and helping technical team members to understand users and the business </li><li>Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams, factoring in trade-offs between speed, scalability and quality </li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses </li><li>Collaborate with designers to create UX flows, wireframes and product designs </li><li>Define, monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization </li><li>Draft, refine and communicate business cases to key stakeholders to obtain input and buy-in </li><li>Work with end-users, stakeholders, and leadership to continuously evolve the product roadmap </li><li>Identify and mitigate interdependencies proactively </li><li>Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user support </li><li>Champion Agile methodologies and lean practices in product development </li><li>Support the establishment and maintenance of release-management, product planning and launch frameworks </li><li>Develop and execute strategies for proactive user support and issue resolution </li></ul> <p>You will be working in a hybrid role (2 days a week onsite) in our CVS Health office in NYC.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years' experience working cross-functionally with Engineering or Data Science teams and familiarity with Data Science concepts </li><li>1+ years' Product Management or Product Management-adjacent experience (Closely partnering with Engineers) </li><li>1+ year experience operating effectively within a complex stakeholder environment, driving consensus and fostering collaborative decision-making processes </li><li>1+ year experience experience in communicating (oral & written) technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders and customers as well as business concepts and requirement to Data Science, Engineering, and other technical teams </li><li>1+ year experience with user experience design and testing methodologies </li><li>1+ year experience in stakeholder management </li><li>1+ year experience with Agile methodologies and software </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Experience building workflow applications that leverage GenAI </li><li>Passionate about making healthcare more efficient and want to be part of a transformational change in the Healthcare industry </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field required </li><li>Master's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$72,360.00 - $159,120.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
