At Allied Universal, you will thrive in an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.</p> <p>Position Type: Part Time</p> <p>Pay Rate: $18.99 / Hour</p> <p>Job Schedule:</p> <p>DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM</p> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <ul> <li>Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. </li><li>Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. </li><li>Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future. </li><li>Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide customer service to staff, visitors, contractors and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. </li><li>Conduct screening at designated entry and exit points, including verifying identification, managing visitor and driver check-in and/or check-out, and checking packages, bags and property as required by site policy. </li><li>Monitor access control systems, gates and camera views as assigned, documenting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations. </li><li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services according to post orders. </li><li>Complete required reports and logs, including screening activity, incidents, and exceptions, and communicate shift updates during post handoff. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Customer service experience is preferred. </li><li>Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. </li><li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. </li><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. </li><li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. </li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. </li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. </li><li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. </li></ul> <p>Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
