We are currently accepting applications for a Mori Seiki CNC Twin Spindle Mill-Turn Operator.</p> <p>Essential job duties and Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate Mori CNC turning center (dual spindle). </li><li>Conduct complete set-ups, fixture selection with minor program editing. </li><li>Interpretation of engineering drawings including geometric tolerances. </li><li>Conducts 1st part inspection and process auditing. </li><li>Works to applicable process protocols/procedures. </li><li>Quality assurance and labor reporting via Windows based computer systems. </li><li>Maintain clean and organized work area. </li><li>Work OT and weekends as required. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 year CNC turning experience or 1 year manufacturing coupled with appropriate CNC trade school experience. </li><li>Familiar with Fanuc controls a plus </li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including geometric tolerances. </li><li>Ability to utilize electronic and mechanical precision measuring instruments. </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment. </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment. </li><li>Intermediate math skills: Addition, subtraction of decimals; Metric to English conversion; trigonometry a plus. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong work ethic and self-motivated. </li><li>Trade school experience a plus. </li><li>Strong work ethic and be self-motivated </li><li>Knowledge of G & M Codes or basic programming a plus </li></ul> <p>Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work well independently, as well as with others, in a team environment.
