You'll design and deliver impactful training programs, facilitate new hire onboarding, and help embed FFCU's mission, vision, and values across all levels of the organization. You'll also:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate engaging onboarding and role-specific systems training for new hires. </li><li>Design and deliver training using a mix of methods - classroom, one-on-one, webinars, simulations, and more. </li><li>Create and manage training schedules for new technologies, services, and procedural updates. </li><li>Partner with leadership and hiring managers to assess training effectiveness and improve programs. </li><li>Maintain accurate training records and generate monthly progress reports. </li><li>Oversee required TLC training courses and ensure alignment with job duties. </li><li>Provide a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters collaboration and growth. </li><li>Stay current on training trends and industry best practices. </li><li>Guide staff through development plans and connect them with additional learning resources. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>We believe in growing our people - and we back that belief with strong benefits and development opportunities:</p> <p>? Three hours of paid volunteer time monthly</p> <p>Who We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>3-5 years' experience in training, employee development, or a financial institution </li><li>Strong understanding of credit union operations, products, and applicable laws/regulations </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Proficiency with technology and ability to type 40+ WPM </li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and solution-focused </li><li>Ability to lead and influence across departments </li><li>Experience developing training programs is a big plus </li><li>Strategic thinker who can anticipate how changes affect the whole organization </li></ul> <p>Why Fitzsimons?
