If you have questions, please reach out to your HR Business Partner for more information.</p> <p>Job Title:</p> <p>Quality Coordinator</p> <p>Pay Grade:</p> <p>AcqSal</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Allison Off-Highway and Motion Systems is seeking to fill the position of Quality Technician in Sterling, Illinois.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of product </li><li>Conduct in process audits </li><li>Address all internal quality issues, quality awareness training </li><li>Handle document control programs in Compliant Pro Database </li><li>Conduct receiving inspections </li><li>Recommend modifications of quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality </li><li>Interpret engineering drawings and Specs </li><li>Maintain calibration system. </li><li>Work with suppliers on quality related topics </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of gage usage </li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work with all departments </li><li>Computer literate </li><li>Basic understanding of Quality principles </li><li>Familiar with quality principles of ISO/QS 9000 systems </li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed </li></ul> <p>Primary Location:</p> <p>Sterling, Illinois</p> <p>Additional Locations:</p> <p>Allison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
