This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the provision of crisis services provided by the program, ensuring high quality care and compliance with best practices. This role also assists with the training, development, and ongoing support of Lifeline Counselors, fostering a skilled and compassionate team. This is a hybrid position that requires working from our Downtown Green Bay location at least 1-2 days per week.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of systems and resources that ensure all 988 help seekers receive clinically appropriate services and all Lifeline Counselors and Clinical Supervisors receive appropriate clinical supervision, staff development, and training. </li><li>Assist the leadership team in the preparation of program reports. </li><li>Attend appropriate community committee meetings as a representative of Wisconsin Lifeline. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Required: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.</p> <p>Licensure Required: Wisconsin State Licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required:</p> </li><li> <p>3 years of experience in the delivery of direct service to clients</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years of experience providing personnel and clinical supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>3-6 years of experience in the delivery of direct service to clients</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience providing personnel and clinical supervision</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with reliable personal vehicle. Maintain required auto insurance and acceptable driving record requirements. </li><li>Knowledge of community organizations and program administration. </li><li>The ability to clearly express ideas and material in both written and verbal forms. </li><li>Developed degree of knowledge in program planning and development. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements to Work Remotely:</p> <ul> <li>Remote workers must reside in the State of Wisconsin; work for 988 must only occur while in the State of Wisconsin. </li><li>Remote workers must have a private, confidential workspace and have the ability to double lock any confidential information kept at home and appropriately dispose of any confidential information stored at home (i.e. shredding) </li><li>Remote workers must have the capacity to plug their computer/phone directly into their modem/router and provide a high-speed internet report verifying high-speed internet services. </li></ul>
