ensure expired or discontinued medications are removed and disposed of properly. </li></ul> <p>Oversight and Support of Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs)</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and support CNAs to ensure delivery of quality, person-centered care aligned with care plans and facility standards. </li><li>Monitor CNA documentation for accuracy and completeness;
