<p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>This position is responsible to control risk and identify issues on commercial real estate loan applications and credit processing to ensure safe and sound loans for profitability and growth.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>Portfolio Management (100%)</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and minimize risks on CRE loans by following operational standard procedures. </li><li>Review loan packages and analyze credit information, making the preliminary assessment of an applicants' creditworthiness. </li><li>Measure credit risks and portfolio stress tests, analyze collaterals as applicable to loan structure and terms. </li><li>Analyze financial conditions and operating results of applicants. </li><li>Analyze the performance of CRE loan portfolios, operation of loan productions, and maintain the good asset quality. </li><li>Review and analyze risk measurement indicators, examine trends, and provide appropriate variance analyses. </li><li>Ensure all approved new credit proposals are processed and followed up for closing in a timely manner. Keep the Team Leader abreast of any arising concerns or problems. </li><li>Identify watch list and /or problem credits and take appropriate action. </li><li>Prepare regular reports and make appropriate recommendations. </li><li>Coach junior staff to identify problems and issues, control risks. </li></ul> <p>OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Successfully complete all mandatory training on related Bank and BSA compliance as well as other laws and regulations as assigned in a timely manner. </li><li>Perform all assigned duties under Bank's compliance programs and related laws & regulations. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education, Experience and Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business-related field is preferred. </li><li>3+ years of experience in dealing with CRE loans is preferred. </li><li>Ability to analyze, underwrite, and administer CRE loan portfolios. </li><li>Strong credit and financial analyzing, underwriting, customer service, and communication skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of commercial lending guidelines and productions, all applicable State and Federal regulations. </li><li>Ability to apply computer software programs in evaluating financial information and maintaining loan information. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum mobility to work in an office setting; sit for prolonged period of times; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 30 pounds or less. </li></ul> <p>COMMUNICATION DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, self-motivated, and analytical skills, ability to interact with all levels of management and staff. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION:</p> <p>The base pay range for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $122,000.00/Yr plus full benefits. Exact offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.</p>
