<p>The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Professional for our New York, New York office for the time frame of January 2026 through April 2026. This is a on-site position.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work</p> </li><li> <p>Track engagements with the use of Access software</p> </li><li> <p>Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others</p> </li><li> <p>Organize, update, and maintain calendars</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple priorities</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of two years of relevant experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation</p> </li></ul> <p>Hours of Operation:</p> <ul> <li> <p>This is a in-office, hourly position</p> </li><li> <p>Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday</p> </li><li> <p>Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday</p> </li><li> <p>We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times</p> </li></ul> <p>The salary range for this position is between $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.</p> <p>At The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
