The role ensures that licensed cannabis businesses operate safely, legally, and in alignment with public health and consumer protection standards. This position leads compliance monitoring, investigations, inspections, and enforcement actions, while supporting consistent regulatory oversight across cultivation, processing, distribution, and retail operations.
