We offer attractive pay, a well-rounded benefits package, and flexible working arrangements (including work-from-home when possible).</p> <p>Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant</p> <p>Randstad Digital is seeking two Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants to join our consulting practice in support of a large-scale Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation for a global, industry-leading restaurant organization.</p> <p>This is a high-impact consulting engagement focused on modernizing enterprise service delivery through platform consolidation and a unified digital experience.</p> <p>Engagement Overview</p> <ul> <li>Duration: ~7 months (May - November 2026) with potential for extension or conversion </li><li>Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) </li><li>Location: Chicago, IL (West Loop) - candidates must be local </li><li>Environment: Fast-paced, highly visible enterprise transformation </li></ul> <p>This phase of the program is focused on consolidating multiple legacy platforms (HR, Finance, and internal service portals) into a unified ServiceNow "Golden Instance", enabling a more consistent, efficient, and user-friendly enterprise service experience.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>Change Strategy & Impact</p> <ul> <li>Identify and assess stakeholder groups and change impacts across multiple workstreams </li><li>Conduct current vs. future state analyses </li><li>Develop user personas to understand sentiment, motivations, and pain points </li><li>Identify adoption risks, blockers, and enablers </li><li>Create a compelling change narrative aligned to broader transformation goals </li><li>Support development and execution of an integrated change strategy </li></ul> <p>Communications & Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies </li><li>Develop communication plans and key messaging aligned to the overall program narrative </li><li>Create communication deliverables and materials </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across workstreams </li></ul> <p>Training & Enablement</p> <ul> <li>Conduct and refine Training Needs Assessments (TNA) </li><li>Define role-based learning strategies and delivery approaches </li><li>Develop training materials (job aids, quick reference guides, etc.) </li><li>Support enablement efforts to drive user readiness </li></ul> <p>Readiness & Adoption</p> <ul> <li>Define and track adoption and readiness metrics </li><li>Conduct readiness assessments and surveys </li><li>Develop tools and collateral to support adoption </li><li>Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience within large, complex organizations </li><li>Proven experience supporting enterprise technology transformations (ServiceNow strongly preferred) </li><li>Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills </li><li>Experience working across cross-functional and global teams </li><li>Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a consulting environment </li><li>Certification in Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is required </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ServiceNow implementations </li><li>Background in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) or shared services transformations </li><li>Exposure to training development and enablement </li><li>Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect change efforts to business outcomes </li><li>Experience working in large, consumer-facing or franchise-based organizations </li></ul> <p>Why Join Randstad Digital</p> <ul> <li>Be part of a high-impact, enterprise transformation at a global organization </li><li>Join a consulting team focused on driving real business outcomes, not just deliverables </li><li>Opportunity for longer-term engagement or conversion based on performance </li><li>Collaborative, flexible working environment with strong leadership support </li></ul> <p>Randstad Digital Advisory is a trusted digital enablement and consulting partner that facilitates accelerated transformation for businesses by providing tailored strategies, solutions, and partnerships to realize the most value from business objectives.
