Identifying and improving processes across channels to streamline technologies and capabilities, problem solving, collaboration, organizational skills and attention to detail are key components of this role. We're excited about this work - so we look forward to working with somebody who shares our passion and enthusiasm!</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Leading the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of a new strategic product or service that drives health outcomes for our patients by leveraging the company's assets and delivery methods </li><li>Optimize current channels and develop strategic insights to streamline technology/system capabilities to improve processes </li><li>Reporting out on findings and proposing key recommendations to our senior leadership team </li><li>Developing a "story" and accompanying deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the executive management team </li><li></li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a role that involved strategic problem solving and/ or product development (e.g. consulting) </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience with creating presentations and messaging utilizing PowerPoint </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of analytical experience, including experience working with large datasets </li><li>Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization </li><li>Healthcare industry experience </li><li>Ability to work on teams within a highly collaborative environment </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$46,988.00 - $112,200.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
