<p>GENERAL SUMMARY</p> <p>The Treasury Management Implementation & Support Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the TMIS Operations Manager with the overall operational integrity of the Treasury Management Implementation & Support Group, managing and meeting strict regulatory reporting guidelines, providing exceptional internal client service, and is critical to enhancing the overall client experience.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Assist the TMIS Operations Manager in maintaining and monitoring operations, including assisting with multiple annual audits/reviews. </li><li>Archive and image reports, approvals, enrollment forms, and perform quality control. </li><li>Performs transactions and approvals for temporary and permanent limit approvals, for ACH & Wires within assigned authority limits, focusing on operational excellence and due diligence. </li><li>Assist TMIS Operations Manager with the operational integrity for TMIS area when handling internal day to day transactions, weekly/monthly/quarterly certifications, and service-related matters. </li><li>Assist TMIS team members proactively managing complex client research or servicing needs and provide prompt follow up. Escalate to Operations Manager as needed. </li><li>Assists with timely completion of all assigned special projects for service updates in multiple platforms. </li><li>Exhibit proficiency in evaluating and managing decisions/situations to limit risk to the Bank while proactively managing client expectations. </li><li>Maintain the integrity of client data within all bank files and systems. </li><li>Assists in maintaining operational excellence in the Treasury Management Implementation and Support office. </li><li>Participate in and/or leads under the guidance of the TMIS Operations Manager divisional and area projects and initiatives as appropriate. </li><li>Assists with managing timely completion of time sensitive reporting to regulatory agencies and internal departments (compliance, internal audit, FCIU, enterprise risk management, etc.). </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: College degree in business-related discipline preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3-5 years' experience at a mid-size or large lending institution in a similar or parallel role emphasis on Treasury Management operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with windows-based applications; (Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe, etc.), and CRM.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with FIS Platform preferable but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of commercial and Treasury Management products and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of Banking and Branch Operations, and an understanding and Wealth Management.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently, effectively, and concurrently manage competing priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills/Ability:</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage, prioritize, plan, and develop strategic operational plans for the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Works with an appropriate sense of urgency and immediacy.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong professional verbal, written, and presentation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable business organizations.</p> </li><li> <p>Full knowledge of standard business software.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong personal attributes to complete goals and resolve issues in a competitive and changing environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively with team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a strong understanding with and in compliance with all applicable bank regulations, and adhere to bank policies, procedures, and processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>OTHER DETAILS</p> <p>$28.84 - $33.65 / hour</p> <p>Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.</p>
