<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Anticipated - Mathematics Teacher - Middle School of Plainville</p> <p>Connecticut Educator certification (or pending): 229 Math Middle Grades 4-8 or 305 Elementary, 1-6 (must be highly qualified in Mathematics Instruction). Salary Range can be found in the Teachers Union Contract located on our website at www.plainvilleschools.org</p> <ul> <li>Experienced in math interventions and targeted small group learning </li><li>Experienced in wide-range of math assessments including curriculum assessments, diagnostic assessments, progress monitoring, and universal screening assessments </li><li>Demonstrated success in student performance, determined by but not limited to, standardized assessments (Smarter Balance), and other assessment measures </li><li>Knowledge of current numeracy research and active with ongoing professional development in the field of mathematics </li></ul> <p>Application Procedure:</p> <p>Complete our online application accessed through www.plainvilleschools.org and attach cover letter, resume, 3 letters of recommendation, transcripts, certification (or proof of eligibility).
