Position Title: Non-Instructional School Aide</p> <p>II. Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to relate well with children of all ages.</p> </li><li> <p>Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.</p> </li></ul> <p>III. Reports to:</p> <p>Principal or assigned supervisor</p> <p>IV. Performance Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Communicates with students and school staff in a positive and professional manner utilizing appropriate interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor students during breaks, lunch, recess and/or getting on and off the bus.</p> </li><li> <p>Reinforce school-wide discipline procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with main office tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise the lunchroom during the school lunch period when the lunchroom is occupied by students.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with distribution of food/snacks, and other routine lunchroom procedures as may be required.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in monitoring children on the playground who eat lunch in school and those returning to school after off campus lunch.</p> </li><li> <p>Report lunch counts daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs such other appropriate duties that may be assigned by principal or other assigned supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>VII.
