<p>Civil Transportation Project Manager</p> <p>Direct Hire</p> <p>Raleigh, NC</p> <p>$130,000-$150,000 based on experience + benefits (401(k) matching plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible working conditions, educational assistance, in-house training programs, and more.) Employee ownership.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Managing transportation projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, construction, and project closeout. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.</p> <ul> <li>Manage all phases of transportation projects, including planning, design, construction, and project closeout </li><li>Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules </li><li>Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure project goals are met </li><li>Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget </li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to project team members </li><li>Prepare and review project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and drawings </li><li>Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards </li><li>Monitor and report on project progress to clients and senior management </li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or related field </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required </li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience managing transportation projects </li><li>Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools </li><li>Knowledge of transportation planning and design principles </li><li>Experience working with government agencies and stakeholders preferred </li></ul> <p>Please apply direct at www.blackrockres.com under the careers tab or email your resume to jjenkins@blackrockres.com</p> <p>#LI-JJ1</p>
