<p>Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to support the verification and approval of all patient records. This role involves thorough review of batch records to ensure accuracy and compliance with chain of custody requirements. The technician will also ensure all documentation reviews are accurately entered into Trackwise and follow excel documentation protocols. This is a short term contract covering while two FTEs are out on leave. Expected timeframe is 3-4 months</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Verify and approve Quality Control (QC) data accurately. </li><li>Review batch records and ensure the chain of custody is maintained. </li><li>Enter document reviews into Trackwise and maintain excel documentation. </li><li>Support the verification process of all patient records. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in quality assurance and batch record review. </li><li>Experience in QC data review and clinical documentation. </li><li>Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, SAP, and D365. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in a life science field. </li><li>3-6 years of experience in a related role. </li><li>Ability to work under GMP and ISO 7 requirements. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position requires working 100% onsite from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
