Radford University is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director of Advancement for Athletics to lead the growth of the Highlander Club and increase unrestricted support for athletic initiatives.</p> <p>As a key member of the Advancement team, the Associate Director will be responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors, enhancing alumni and community engagement, and expanding the reach and visibility of Radford Athletics.
