Suntory Global Spirits is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day.</p> <p>What makes this a great opportunity?</p> <p>This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to go beyond reporting and truly influence business decisions.</p> <p>As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:</p> <p>Partner closely with Brand Houses teams to shape growth and premiumization strategies</p> <p>Play a key role in driving performance, profitability, and long-term brand value</p> <p>Gain exposure to senior leadership while working on strategic initiatives and innovation pipelines</p> <p>Based in New York and reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be at the heart of decision-making-turning data into actionable insights that fuel business success.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <p>Drive Business Performance & Strategy</p> <p>Analyze financial performance and forecasts to support strategic plans, budgets, and long-term growth ambitions</p> <p>Translate complex data into clear insights, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers</p> <p>Partner with cross-functional teams to influence key commercial decisions, including pricing and market strategy</p> <p>Support Planning & Forecasting Excellence</p> <p>Support planning cycles (Strategic Plan, Budget, Forecasts), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency</p> <p>Coordinate with key markets to consolidate inputs and deliver high-quality financial reporting</p> <p>Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes to enable best-in-class analytics</p> <p>Enable Innovation & Growth</p> <p>Provide financial guidance on innovation initiatives (new product launches, limited editions, portfolio changes)</p> <p>Evaluate opportunities to maximize profitability and brand value</p> <p>Support the deployment and financial assessment of the innovation pipeline</p> <p>Ensure Financial Integrity</p> <p>Maintain robust financial controls and reporting accuracy across the brand house</p> <p>Support budget management and cost control initiatives</p> <p>Uphold strong governance and financial discipline</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field</p> <p>4+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or commercial finance</p> <p>Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis</p> <p>Experience working with P&L in a consumer-facing or fast-paced business (preferred)</p> <p>Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills</p> <p>Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes</p> <p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p> <p>Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results</p> <p>Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in New York, NY is $95k-105k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
