<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking a Technology Analyst with Workday Techno Functional experience. As a Technology Analyst, this person will interface with key stakeholders and apply their Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including requirements elicitation, design, build and deployment of solutions. The suitable person will be involved in providing testing, support for integrations and support activities related to Workday application maintenance and support. The suitable person will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valued.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ or Hartford CT or be ready to relocate to one of these locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of Information Technology experience</p> </li><li> <p>Relevant experience in implementation, roll out, upgrade and support projects related to Workday HCM applications</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in implementing IT/business solution in workday HCM building integrations, reports, and customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in running reports to detect changes in the system from time to time</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in performance tuning of reports and integration codes</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Workday production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in troubleshooting data issues / corrections, Workday reporting and analytics and security configs and changes</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions. Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Should have experience in HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll etc)</p> </li><li> <p>Must be knowledgeable in agile, waterfall, and devops methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle including experience in testing process across the project phases.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports and suggest best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects</p> </li><li> <p>Good understanding of integrations and data flows with third-party systems</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership and understanding of agile techniques desirable (e.g. BDD, TDD)</p> </li><li> <p>An in-depth understanding of the end to end software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on transitioning to agile methodologies especially agile test management</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of end to end functional flows in HR modules such as core HR, compensation, recruitment, benefits, payroll etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Good testing process knowledge including hand-on experience across testing phases and testing tools</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal</p> </li></ul> <p>The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
