<p>The Maintenance Technician performs unskilled and/or semi-skilled routine manual labor in maintenance and repair of Black Hawk facilities, equipment and grounds. Under supervision, you will learn to perform assigned activities with detailed instructions as to specific procedures to be followed.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, elevator buttons, and wall/building trim. </li><li>Cleans hallways, lounge areas, restrooms, elevators, stairways and locker rooms. </li><li>Sweeps and vacuums floors. </li><li>Dusts furniture and equipment. </li><li>Polishes metalwork. </li><li>Washes walls, ceilings and woodwork. </li><li>Washes windows, door panels, and sills. </li><li>Transports trash to proper disposal areas. </li><li>Replenishes bathroom supplies. </li><li>Uses bio-hazard kits when appropriate. </li><li>Assists Guests with any questions they may have or requests. </li><li>Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Managers concerning all Housekeeping and Guest Service-related issues. </li><li>Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with fellow Team Members, Guests and Vendors. </li><li>Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner. </li><li></li></ul> <p>Salary: $16.00</p> <p>Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
