Our company continues to grow, creating new career opportunities and job stability you can count on.</p> <p>Onsite Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.</p> </li><li> <p>Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.</p> </li><li> <p>Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
