As an intern with our team you will assist us with projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and across the globe. Our team is putting our knowledge and imagination together to shape the next generation of innovative solutions.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Analytics Team, collaborating with Professional Engineers, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Development Teams and Scientists, supplementing your education with real world experience. In this internship you will utilize identified data sources, and process and validate the data to produce insightful reports and dashboards which will highlight opportunities within the business, and help to determine the root causes of problems to be addressed. You will ork closely with your team to gather requirements, perform analysis and deliver data driven insights to provide recommendations on improvements to data capture and produce guidance documentation on best practices on data capture and reporting requirements. You will leverage your technical education to support our multi-discipline teams, in building data driven solutions that positively impact our clients and communities.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a knack for math and statistics, have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively interpret data, and demonstrate a passion for developing tools and systems that improve the day-to-way lives of our employees and optimize their ability to deliver to our clients.
