This position requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills who can oversee complex, fast-paced projects from kickoff through completion-on schedule, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout </li><li>Build, maintain, and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource plans </li><li>Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors </li><li>Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality requirements </li><li>Track progress and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines and financial targets </li><li>Deliver clear and consistent project status updates to stakeholders </li><li>Solve on-site issues quickly and effectively </li><li>Lead project teams and promote a collaborative work environment </li><li>Conduct routine site inspections for safety and specification adherence </li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks </li><li>Oversee procurement for materials and equipment </li><li>Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication across all parties </li></ul> <p>Essential Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field </li><li>Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience within commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor environments </li><li>Proven success managing large, complex projects </li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Proficiency with project management software </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines </li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>PMP or similar certification preferred </li><li>Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with change orders, RFIs, submittals, and take-offs </li><li>Software experience with MS Project, Procore, and Sage </li><li>Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, biopharma, or clean room projects </li><li>Background with project values ranging from $500k to $20M, with strong competency in the $3-5M range </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, CT.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
