<p>WinnCompanies is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at The Willet, a 38-unit residential community located in Revere, MA.</p> <p>In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.</p> <p>The pay range for this role is $20.63-$24.75 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also on-call duty when required.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Perform repairs in such areas as, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting and basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.</p> <p>Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.</p> <p>Assist in preparing vacant apartments for market ready status in accordance to company standards.</p> <p>Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping and trash management activities.</p> <p>Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies based on a pre-determined schedule and need.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</p> <p>A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.</p> <p>Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.</p> <p>General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry.</p> <p>Excellent customer service skills.</p> <p>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.</p> <p>Availability for on-call activity during off hours for urgent needs.</p> <p>Ability to speak and understand basic English.</p> <p>Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Vocational or technical training.</p> <p>CAMT certification.</p>
