This position focuses on ensuring quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term strategic success for clients in the financial services industry. You will play a crucial role in conducting Deposit Specification Reviews, Tran Code Reviews, EIM Reviews, Float Table assessments, EIM Decision Plans, TMS Reviews, and Deposit Operational Reviews for the Premier Core system.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored suggestions and solutions </li><li>Lead training sessions and facilitate discussions to enhance client understanding and utilization of the Premier Core system </li><li>Review processes and workflows to ensure deposit products meet client expectations and industry standards </li><li>Document activities, challenges, and resolutions in a client-facing format to build strong relationships </li><li>Communicate customer suggestions for product enhancements and resolve operating difficulties </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to address problems and ensure resolution </li><li>Monitor service delivery and product performance with Account Managers and Client Partners </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need To Have:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience with Fiserv Premier applications, particularly in deposit solutions </li><li>Extensive knowledge in deposit operations, including profitability assessments </li><li>2-5 years of experience in banking operations related to deposits and account management </li><li>Minimum of three years in customer service support roles, with training experience preferred </li><li>Travel domestically up to 40-65% of the time </li></ul> <p>This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.</p> <p>It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.</p> <p>Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.</p> <p>Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
